ABOUT THE ROLE The Business Development team are looking for a new crew member to join their motivated and driven team. In this role, you will have knowledge and expertise of the Fleet Industry which will enable you to provide exceptional customer service and solutions to prospective clients. You will also be accountable for delivering volume and unit growth within the existing customer base as well as uncovering and closing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will identify, develop and secure new business helping our strategic growth within New Zealand. Duties include, but are not limited to – Driving the creation of new business opportunities while being accountable for achieving volume and profit targets. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across fleet categories, with a focus on sustainable mobility, EV transition, and whole-of-life fleet solutions. Adherence to customer contact strategy. Support the strategy into new accounts. Leading and coordinating responses to tenders and proposals. Serving as a key brand and product knowledge ambassador for the business. Developing electrification and decarbonisation strategies tailored to client needs. ABOUT YOU The successful candidate will portray the following – Degree qualified in Business, Finance or Legal. A track record prospecting target markets and delivering B2B sales. The ability to respond to tenders and successfully close opportunities. Strong financial acumen with ability to communicate at all levels to targeted large private and public prospects. High attention to detail with an analytical orientation. A team player who is collaborative and inclusive and builds connections with others.
