Data Architect

We’re looking for an experienced Data Architect to join a high-impact programme focused on shaping the future of large-scale data architecture and information design. This is a 6-month contract where you’ll play a key role in defining and delivering a modern, secure, and scalable data environment.

• Lead the design of a future-state data architecture within a distributed environment
\n
• Define standards, models, and integration patterns for secure data exchange (APIs, structured data, emerging protocols)
\n
• Map complex data flows and simplify them into scalable, reusable patterns
\n
• Embed privacy-by-design and consent-based access principles into architecture decisions
\n
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, partners, and vendors to align on direction and delivery
\n

• Proven experience as a Data Architect in complex environments
\n
• Strong data modelling capability across conceptual, logical and physical layers
\n
• Deep experience in API-led and integration-focused architectures
\n
• Ability to translate security, privacy, and trust requirements into practical design
\n
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels
