About the Role Lead multi-squad Salesforce teams from project to Business-As-Usual (BAU) mode and engage key business stakeholders to optimise platform service delivery. Wellington-based contract until March 2027 with immediate/short notice start. Responsibilities Operational handover from the project team to platform support, including creation of support documentation. Manage outstanding Attendance Management defects and enhancements. Develop and maintain the Salesforce Platform Product Portfolio. Provide other Salesforce-based support, discovery, and development. Skills & Experience Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem to drive platform value and inform product decisions. Previous project-based delivery to a mature Business-As-Usual (BAU) operating model. Ability to own and maintain the product backlog while managing a diverse portfolio of platform services. Exceptional client management skills to collaborate with, influence, and align internal business stakeholders. Experience working in a multi-squad agile environment. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Experience as a Salesforce Product Owner. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
