Xero is seeking a strategic People Experience leader to partner with senior leaders across a global portfolio. This role drives PX initiatives aligned to the global people strategy and provides broad HR advisory support to leadership teams. You will influence people programs, lead change initiatives, and collaborate with Centres of Excellence to improve remuneration, talent development, and recruitment strategies.
