Service Operations Specialist

Roster Start day – End day; Start time – End time. Tuesday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Wednesday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM; Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM; Saturday 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM. Responsibilities Be the go-to person for customer experience and advocate from the customer perspective. Collaborate with your Team Leader and the swarm to ensure efficiency. Ensure uninterrupted process completion and adherence to established guidelines. Look after checkouts and cash office; monitor customer service areas to ensure high standards and compliance with company policies. Create positive interactions with customers, assist with questions, and resolve issues. Lead and supervise the team on scheduled shifts, provide on‑the‑job training and coaching, and act as Acting Store Manager when required. Identify and escalate process-related issues to the Function Lead for timely resolution. Champion a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety protocols and prioritizing team wellbeing. Participate in team collaboration and communication initiatives to foster a positive work environment. What you’ll bring Process excellence and a commitment to continuous learning.
