Overview Join our team as a Casual Registered Nurse at Bupa Care Homes across Christchurch. This role offers flexible work across shifts to support residents and the care team. Responsibilities Provide person-centred clinical care for residents across various levels of care. Lead a team of caregivers to deliver high-quality clinical care. Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain accurate documentation. Identify opportunities for quality improvement and share feedback to support ongoing service enhancements. Skills and Qualifications Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration. Excellent clinical skills in adult care and aged care. Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities. A compassionate nurse who strives for excellence and to make an impact in residents’ lives.
