Job Description
Opportunity Build your project coordination experience in a role that provides variety, exposure to technology‑focused projects, practical farm system improvement projects, and the chance to work with people across Pāmu. You'll get to see how different parts of the business work, connect with people across our farms and support teams, and help deliver practical improvements that make a difference. Working in the Transformation team, you’ll support a mix of practical projects across Pāmu, from farm system changes and land use opportunities through to business process and technology improvements, such as the Halter rollout, integrated future farms, and other technology‑focused change projects. No two days will look quite the same, and you’ll be involved in planning, coordinating meetings, updating MS Planner, tracking actions, preparing simple project updates, and keeping work moving. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, the Head of Transformation, people across the business, and external stakeholders. A key part of the role is following up on tasks, keeping people informed, and helping everyone stay on track with what needs to be delivered. About Us Pāmu Landcorp Farming Limited is a State‑Owned Enterprise with over 110 farms across NewZealand. Our purpose is to lead the delivery of innovative and sustainable agriculture solutions for future generations. About You You may already be working in a coordination, administration, project support, or similar role. You’ll enjoy keeping things organised, working with different people, and helping project teams stay on track. Experience in a coordination role, ideally in a project or change environment Confident using Microsoft Office and MS Planner Good attention to detail and confidence keeping information accurate and up to date Comfortable following up with people, tracking actions, and helping others meet agreed timeframes An agile background or understanding of agile ways of working would be helpful, but is not essential You do not need to meet every requirement to apply. If you have strong coordination skills, enjoy working with others, and are keen to build your project delivery experience, we'd like to hear from you. Benefits We care about your wellbeing – that's why we offer health and life insurance, enhanced parental leave benefits, and up to 4% KiwiSaver matching as part of a competitive salary package. You'll also receive an extra day of leave over Christmas, along with ongoing training and development to help you thrive. Apply Applications close midnight Wednesday 29Jul2026. To be eligible for this role, you must be available for an in‑person interview and have unrestricted legal rights to work in NewZealand.
