Queenstown | Full-time 40 hrs $26.85p/h | Salary-based $55,848.00 We are seeking a Healthy Homes Assessor & Smoke alarm technician with strong people skills, knowledge of the construction/building industry, technical expertise, familiarity with client interactions, and the ability to learn quickly. Key responsibilities include servicing and installing smoke alarms, completing Healthy Homes assessments, and communicating with clients/contacts on-site. About the Role We are looking for a Smoke Alarm Technician & Healthy Homes Assessor to join our team and work independently in Queenstown. This role primarily involves installing and assessing smoke alarms using our tools/systems. These are stand-alone (non-complex/wired) battery-powered smoke alarms. Initial growth in this role looks like learning to undertake Healthy Homes assessments. We are looking for someone self-motivated, who has great time management, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic to meet the needs of our clients. Requirements You must be a New Zealand citizen or hold a valid work visa Knowledge/experience in construction/building Professional English language proficiency Experience dealing with customers Excellent time management skills A clean, current, and Full New Zealand driver's licence A high ability to follow and understand instructions Advanced competency/experience with technology Currently based in New Zealand Why Join Us?
