Customer Sales Consultant (Fixed Term, Part Time)

Overview Fixed term 12-month position for a Customer Sales Consultant at the AA Centre in Queenstown (Frankton). 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role involves representing the AA and delivering customer-centred service in a retail environment, including handling driver licensing and vehicle registration transactions. Responsibilities As the face of the AA for Queenstown, provide a customer-centric experience to everyone visiting the AA centre. Identify customer needs and offer the right AA products to achieve excellent customer outcomes in a fast-paced retail setting. Process driver licensing and vehicle registration transactions as part of daily duties. About You Proven sales experience and the ability to achieve KPIs.
