Job Description
Overview As a Conversation Partner, you'll help your client enjoy meaningful, supported social conversation. After completing training, you'll be paired with someone nearby, depending on availability and suitability. You'll visit your client for just 1 hour a week. Some volunteers also have the option to support conversation groups. Impact and Support Your weekly chats will help our clients gain confidence and social connection. Volunteers gain valuable skills through training and are well supported on an ongoing basis by a Speech-Language Therapist and Volunteer Coordinator.
