KingsWay School Itinerant Music Teacher (Guitar) - Fixed term, part-time

An exciting fixed term part-time (0.2 FTE) Itinerant Music Teacher position is available to join our growing music programme in Term 3, 2026 to teach Guitar. This role will commence on 20 July 2026 and end 6 September 2026. Located on the Hibiscus Coast of Auckland, KingsWay is a high achieving, growing, state integrated Christian school catering for Year 1-13 students, with a current roll of over 2000 students. Our staff are supportive and collaborative, and our work is inspired by love/aroha, faith/whakapono, and gospel hope/tūmanako. Responsibilities Have a LAT or be a registered teacher Be able to teach from beginners up to NCEA Level 3 Have a warm and encouraging manner with students Be a professional and collaborative team member Be willing to contribute to the co-curricular and extra-curricular life of the school Religious Character and Working Environment An important condition of employment is willingness and ability to take part in religious instruction appropriate to the Special Christian Character of KingsWay School.
