Summary We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst and Project Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Henderson, Auckland. Responsibilities Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. Supervise and manage project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, project plans, and status reports. Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and address any issues. Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on new processes and systems. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis and project management within the manufacturing sector. Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
