A bit about the role In this position, you will take ownership of maintaining a robust procurement framework that supports consistency, transparency, and effective sourcing across the business. You will support the implementation of procurement strategies within your assigned spend category, ensuring clear planning, thorough analysis, and strong alignment with organisational goals. The role involves managing end-to-end tender process for ingredients and packaging, enabling cost savings, improving supplier relationships, and driving best-practice procurement behaviours across Yili Oceania. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver solutions that are fit for purpose, and sustainable. This is a dynamic and collaborative role where your expertise will directly contribute to better planning, improved commercial outcomes, and continued organisational growth. A bit about you You will be a proactive procurement professional, confident in navigating complex category requirements and engaging effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders. You bring strong analytical capability, and a solutions-focused mindset. You thrive in environments where consistency, continuous improvement, and best practice matter. Approximately 3 years in a similar procurement role. Purchasing background is advantageous, as well as FMCG or food manufacturing experience.
