The role The Project Lead + Senior Civil Engineer role will be involved in leading the design, planning, and execution of a wide range of civil engineering and land development projects and will support the Wellington Civil Manager to manage delivery of projects. To fill this role, we are looking for someone who has significant technical experience as a Civil Engineer, an established track record of project management including client communications, and ideally some people management experience. What you’ll bring 6+ years civil engineering experience, including significant project management responsibilities/experience. A relevant tertiary qualification – bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent demonstrated competency and experience. Experience liaising and negotiating with clients and potential clients, and a proven record of achieving goals in line with business plans and company strategy.
