Job Description
Responsibilities You will be part of a team delivering outstanding service to a wide range of clients, designing and driving solutions to ensure their needs are met. You will work through ambiguity and apply critical thinking to resolve complex problems for large-scale projects, taking responsibility for at least one element of project delivery and leading that section, reporting into senior staff to ensure the engagement is on track. You will analyse, build and present solutions and findings, contributing significantly to creating deliverables with impact for clients. You will play a key role in building relationships both internally and externally. Qualifications 3-5 years’ experience in a corporate environment Tertiary degree in relevant field Experience working with clients in a professional setting Technologically savvy Strong communications skills, both written and oral Can provide evidence of leadership in a professional setting Comfortable presenting complex issues and recommendations in a focused manner Commercially curious Strong awareness of AI and ability to use AI tools appropriately in a professional setting Consulting background (Preferred): Ideally, you’ve worked in a consulting or top‑tier professional services firm in a similar role.
