Overview 12-month fixed term role: As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll work closely withoperational leaders, subject matter experts, project teams, and digitalspecialists to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver valuethrough technology and process improvement. You'll act as a trusted advisor to the business, leadingdiscovery activities, facilitating workshops, gathering and documentingrequirements, and supporting the delivery of digital initiatives from conceptthrough to implementation. You'll also play an important leadership role withinthe BA community by mentoring others and helping drive consistent businessanalysis practices across the organisation. What you'll be doing Buildstrong relationships with stakeholders across the business and become atrusted advisor. Leadbusiness analysis activities from discovery through to solution delivery. Facilitateworkshops, user design sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities. Analysebusiness processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation,and innovation. Gather,document, and manage business requirements, user stories, and processmaps. Conductgap analysis, impact assessments, and cost-benefit analysis. Developbusiness cases and recommendations that support strategic decision-making. Supportbacklog prioritisation, roadmap planning, and delivery alignment. Use emerging tools, including AI, to improve how work is understood, prioritised, and delivered. Coordinateuser acceptance testing (UAT) and support successful implementationoutcomes. Actas a link between operational teams, project teams, and digital deliveryteams. Mentorand coach other Business Analysts, helping grow capability across thebusiness. Championcontinuous improvement and best-practice business analysis methodologies. About you You're naturally curious, analytical, and invested inunderstanding how businesses operate. You enjoy working with people,facilitating conversations, and translating complex challenges into practicalsolutions. Ideally, you'll bring: ABachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or arelated discipline, or equivalent experience. Atleast 5 years' experience in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation,Process Improvement, or a related area. Strongexperience gathering and documenting business and system requirements. Provencapability in business process analysis and design, ideally with LEANthinking experience. Experiencefacilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders at all levels of anorganisation. Agood understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and product deliverypractices. Experiencesupporting testing, training, and change activities. Strongcommunication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. Theability to influence, challenge thinking, and drive positive businessoutcomes. Curiosity and practical experience using AI or emerging digital tools to improve productivity, problem-solving, or decision-making. We're also looking for someone who: Isan outgoing and engaging communicator. Enjoyscollaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. Bringsenergy, personality, and a proactive mindset. Iscomfortable working in ambiguity and helping teams find clarity. Is open to change and actively keeps pace with new ways of working, including the practical use of AI.
