About the Role As a Territory Manager at Halter, you will drive business growth and ensure customer success within your designated territory. Your role involves executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and meeting ambitious growth targets while acting as Halter’s on-the-ground representative. You will prioritize daily efforts that optimize growth performance and drive value for customers, working closely with cross‑functional teams to share insights and support ongoing development of our technology. Key Responsibilities Prospect and expand: source new leads and opportunities through outreach, referrals, events, and inbound channels; manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to close. Meet sales targets: screen, qualify, demonstrate the product, and negotiate contracts to achieve high‑growth sales goals. Account management: maintain close relationships post‑sale, support customers, address challenges, and facilitate a smooth handoff to onboarding and deployment. Territory ownership: develop deep relationships with regional agricultural groups and maintain territory balance between sales and customer success. Customer onboarding: guide the end‑to‑end experience during deployment, ensuring customers derive maximum value. Gather and share feedback: provide field insights to Support, Product, and R&D teams to accelerate product improvements. Collaborate with support: resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure satisfaction within the territory. Qualifications Value‑based sales experience with a strong track record of creating opportunities, closing deals, and building lasting relationships; experience upselling post‑sales. Experience or deep passion for the beef industry and ability to learn farm operations rapidly. High energy, authenticity, and drive; thrive under pressure and own results. Strong territory management skills and critical thinking to balance sales and support. Resourceful problem‑solver who collaborates effectively with cross‑functional teams.
