Civil/Mechanical Leading Hand

As a Leading Hand, you'll work alongside our Foremen, Engineers and Project Managers to coordinate day‑to‑day construction activities, support your crew and keep work progressing safely and efficiently.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll spend your time out on site, leading small teams, solving problems and helping deliver high‑quality work.

No two days will be the same. Depending on your experience, you could be involved in civil works, structural steel installation, mechanical construction, heavy lifting activities or specialist infrastructure works.

You may currently be a:

• The ability to read drawings and work from plans
