The Role Senior Business Analyst based in either our Palmerston North or Wellington office, supporting our digital employee services functionality. Your responsibilities include: Assessing, analysing, and documenting requirements Defining new business processes Facilitating workshops Creating backlogs Providing support through the Business Analysis practice About You To succeed, you’ll need: 5+ years as a Business Analyst in an agile environment Excellent communication skills Proven relationship-building experience A creative problem-solving mindset Experience with Workday / HRIS system implementations would be advantageous About FMG Since 1905, FMG has been rooted in rural New Zealand.
