SAP BTP Developer

Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Developer to join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud transformation program . The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and developing innovative SAP extensions and applications while supporting a Clean Core strategy. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge SAP technologies and contribute to a strategic enterprise‑wide transformation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) . Develop and enhance applications using SAP Fiori/UI5 . Create side‑by‑side extensions aligned with SAP Clean Core principles. Support SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud implementation and enhancement activities. Build and maintain integrations using SAP Integration Suite and related technologies. Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, development standards, and security guidelines. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Support deployment, documentation, and post‑go‑live activities. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as an SAP BTP Developer . Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud implementations . Strong expertise in: SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) SAP Fiori / SAPUI5 CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model) SAP Business Application Studio OData services and APIs Experience implementing Clean Core and side‑by‑side extensibility concepts. Strong understanding of SAP architecture and modern SAP development practices. Experience working in Agile project environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP Integration Suite. Knowledge of SAP Event Mesh, SAP Build, or SAP Work Zone. Experience with ABAP Cloud / Embedded Steampunk. SAP certifications relating to SAP BTP or SAP S/4HANA. Experience working on global SAP transformation programs. Key Competencies Problem‑solving and analytical thinking.
