We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Employee Experience Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis, through to November. This is a varied and rewarding role where you\'ll play a key part in helping create a positive employee experience across the organisation. You\'ll provide communications, administration and coordination support for a range of initiatives including employee engagement, wellbeing, learning and development, onboarding, and staff events. Based at Hamer Street, you will support the delivery of a variety of employee-focused activities including staff events, health and wellbeing initiatives, learning and the administration of employee benefits. From drafting internal communications and coordinating events to preparing meeting minutes and supporting employee-focused initiatives, no two days will be the same. We\'re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and enjoys building strong relationships. You\'ll be confident juggling multiple priorities, picking up new systems quickly, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Key Accountabilities Coordinate employee engagement, wellbeing, learning and development initiatives, and staff events. Draft and upload internal communications such as employee updates. Prepare meeting documents and generate reports as needed. Support onboarding activities and employee benefits administration. Prepare and review employment documentation and maintain accurate records. Support the delivery of the annual Employee Engagement Survey and other People & Culture initiatives. To be successful in the role you will need to have the following skills, knowledge and experience Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent administrative, organisational and coordination skills. Experience preparing meeting minutes and managing follow-up actions. Proactive, adaptable and solution-focused approach. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. Experience using multiple systems and quickly learning new technologies and processes. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Flexibility to work from other locations as required.
