NHS Ayrshire & Arran seeks a registered mental health nurse to lead Succoth Ward, a 16-bed in-patient unit at Mid Argyll Community Hospital, Lochgilphead, serving a remote rural area. You will provide 24-hour responsibility, lead a team of mental health nurses and HCAs within the Health and Social Care Partnership governance, and uphold safe, high-quality care.
