Job Description
Senior Growth Marketing Manager – Paid As Tracksuit's Senior Growth Marketing Manager – Paid, you'll have full ownership over our paid acquisition engine, running campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and an ambitious set of new channels we're building out across ANZ, US, and UK. This is a hands‑on role where you'll be in the platforms daily, with a relentless focus on ROI and driving qualified pipeline. You'll be the person who sets the strategy and executes it: launching campaigns, running experiments, dissecting the data, and making our media budget work harder across the full funnel. You'll work closely with our Head of Growth on strategy, but the dial is yours to turn. You're not just running the playbook. You're looking for the angles others haven't found yet. We invest seriously in channels that build future demand, and you'll bring both the analytical and creative instinct to make that investment count. You'll diagnose what's broken in a funnel, design clean experiments, and build AI‑powered systems that make performance scale. Success looks like a paid engine that drives qualified pipeline across our key markets, with a diversified channel mix, clear ROI visibility, and a growing library of learnings that make us harder to outspend. Responsibilities Own paid acquisition and drive full‑funnel performance Build and scale campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and emerging channels with a relentless focus on ROI and driving qualified pipeline. Think end‑to‑end: from audience targeting and ad creative through to the click, landing page experience, and conversion. Own the whole journey. Partner with organic lead to align landing page and conversion strategy, ensuring paid and owned channels work as a joined‑up system. Own budget allocation across paid channels with clear, data‑driven reporting on performance against pipeline targets. Test and scale new channels with confidence. Develop a structured experimentation framework for emerging paid channels, with clear hypotheses, test designs, and scaling criteria. Move quickly from idea to test to verdict, documenting learnings and building a compounding library of what works for Tracksuit's ICP. Drive diversification of channel mix: YouTube, Reddit, ChatGPT ads, Clay‑enhanced Meta, and beyond. Bring analytical rigor to everything. Manage external paid agency and consultants, using data to drive conversations and hold them to a high bar. Diagnose funnel performance with precision, from lead quality to SQL conversion to channel comparison. Build reporting that gives the team clear visibility on what's working and why. Build AI‑powered systems for scalable performance. Leverage AI tools and automation to build systems that drive scale: automating reporting, personalising ad creative, or surfacing performance insights faster. Bring a builder mindset: building infrastructure that compounds over time. Drive creative performance in partnership with the marketing team. Work closely with Design, Product Marketing, and Content to develop high‑performing ad creative and messaging that converts at every stage of the funnel. Build a tight feedback loop between performance data and creative development so decisions are grounded in what's actually working. Qualifications 5+ years in a performance or growth marketing role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. Proven experience across multiple paid channels with a willingness to test and scale beyond the obvious. Ownership & bias for action, taking full accountability for paid channel performance and moving quickly to test, learn, and optimise. Full‑funnel thinking, understanding and optimising the entire journey from impression to pipeline. Creative conviction, with a strong, informed point of view on what makes effective paid creative. Generalist range, comfortable spanning multiple paid disciplines and channels, curious and confident to test new ones. AI fluency, actively using AI tools and automation to build smarter, more scalable systems. Commercial acumen, connecting tactics and experiments directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes. Integrated campaign thinking, adept at designing ABM programmes that orchestrate multiple channels and touchpoints. Cross‑functional collaboration, rallying people around shared goals. Builder mindset, thriving in ambiguity and establishing systems from scratch in a high‑growth environment. Success Metrics Pipeline generated from paid channels: volume, quality, and conversion rate. CAC efficiency: cost per acquisition across paid channels, with improvement over time. ABM programme effectiveness: reach, engagement, and conversion of ICP accounts across key markets. New channel velocity: emerging channels tested per quarter, with clear learnings documented. Full‑funnel conversion: improvement in click‑to‑lead and click‑to‑SQL rates across paid campaigns. AI/automation impact: measurable efficiency or performance gains from systems built.
