Job Description We’re looking for a proactive People & Culture Advisor to join our Australia & New Zealand People & Culture team on a three to six month fixed term basis . This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with advisory or early business partner experience who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is happy to roll up his or her sleeves to support both strategic and operational HR activities. Provide first‑line HR advice and support to managers and employees across a broad range of people matters. Partner with People & Culture Business Partners to deliver practical HR solutions and support key people initiatives. Triage employee queries, working closely with our Employee Centre and specialist teams to ensure a seamless employee experience. Support onboarding, visa and sponsorship coordination, learning and development activities, and other employee lifecycle processes. Collaborate with our HR shared services team and contribute to continuous improvement across People & Culture operations. Qualifications The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a great fit for this role. All applicants will be considered. 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources, ideally in an HR Advisor or early Business Partner role. Experience providing practical HR advice across the employee lifecycle. A proactive, self‑sufficient approach with a willingness to get involved in both advisory and administrative HR activities. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with a customer‑focused mindset. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience using Workday or another HRIS is advantageous but not essential. A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline would be highly desirable.
