We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused team member to join our Garden Centre team. Whether your gardening experience comes from your own backyard, previous retail experience, or formal horticultural training, we'd love to hear from you. What You’ll Be Doing Providing exceptional customer service and expert advice Helping customers select the right plants and garden products Maintaining high merchandising and presentation standards Managing stock and keeping the department looking its best Assisting other departments when required Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment What We’re Looking For A passion for gardening, plants, and outdoor living Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn Previous retail experience is advantageous Experience with green and dry garden goods is preferred but not essential Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required Availability to work a roster that includes Saturdays This is a physically demanding role that involves regular lifting, moving stock, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. A forklift licence would be an advantage; if you don't currently hold one, a willingness to undertake training is desirable.
