This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys research and analysis, thrives on building relationships and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping products that deliver value for our Members. This is a permanent position and can be based in either our Auckland or Wellington Offices. Responsibilities Undertaking research and analysing market trends and competitor activity Supporting product reviews and continuous improvement initiatives Identifying opportunities to improve member outcomes and business performance Preparing reports, insights and recommendations that inform decision‑making Providing regular product insights to support advisers in understanding MAS's key features, points of difference and member value proposition. Building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders Contributing ideas and perspectives that add value to product discussions and outcomes Supporting the development and maintenance of product-related content and documentation Qualifications You’ll ideally bring experience in product management or a similar role, along with strong research, analysis and stakeholder engagement skills. You’ll be naturally inquisitive, detail‑focused and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Required Skills Product management, product support, business analysis or related experience Ideally 5 years' experience within life insurance, financial services or a similar industry Strong research and analytical capability #J-18808-Ljbffr
