Job Description
Play a pivotal role in our high performing talent team. Permanent full time role, CBD location. The role and your impact Provide high‑quality coordination support to team members, including supporting projects and business‑as‑usual needs. Proactively manage dedicated team inboxes, providing professional and timely responses to internal and external enquiries. Manage and maintain Talent‑related aspects of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring records are accurate and up to date. Arrange pre‑employment checks for all new employees and contractors, ensuring these meet our policy and security requirements. Provide organisation and logistical support for Talent‑related events and high‑volume processes (e.g. Graduate and Intern assessment centres and career fairs). Update Talent collateral as required (e.g. templates, guidance documents, external material). Contribute to the continuous improvement of Talent processes. About you 1–2 years of coordination or administration experience working in a people function (recruitment and selection processes, learning and development and/or HRIS). Strong organisational skills, a great attention to detail with a continuous improvement focus. Knowledge and experience working with a HRIS / Learning Management System (e.g. Workday) is desirable. Sound judgement and the ability to think holistically across a broad range of issues.
