Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect

Join DXC Technology's growing Microsoft Business Applications practice and play a key role in delivering complex Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) transformation programmes for enterprise and government customers. We are looking for a Solution Architect who enjoys working closely with customers, leading solution design, and guiding implementations through successful project delivery. This is a hands on consulting role where you will combine architecture, functional leadership and customer engagement to deliver high-quality outcomes across Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM). Role Lead solution architecture for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations across Finance and Supply Chain Management. Work closely with customers to understand business objectives and translate requirements into scalable, best practice solutions. Facilitate discovery workshops, fit-gap analysis and solution design sessions. Provide architectural leadership across project teams, working alongside functional consultants, technical architects and developers. Drive solution governance, design authority and quality throughout the project lifecycle. Support delivery teams through configuration, testing, deployment and transition to support. Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities, ensuring successful project outcomes. Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and provide strategic guidance throughout delivery. Mentor consultants and contribute to the growth of the Microsoft practice through knowledge sharing and best practice. Experience Required Extensive experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions. Strong functional expertise across Finance and Supply Chain Management modules. Proven experience leading end-to-end D365 F&O implementations as a Solution Architect or Lead Functional Consultant. Strong workshop facilitation, business process analysis and solution design skills. Experience working within a consulting or professional services environment. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong understanding of implementation methodologies and governance. Ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments. A collaborative, customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering quality outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
