About This Role As a Rural Graduate Valuer, you will work alongside experienced valuers to gain practical experience across a diverse range of valuation assignments throughout the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions. You will be involved in property inspections, market research, valuation report preparation, rating valuation work, and exposure to a wide range of rural and lifestyle property types. Key Responsibilities Conduct property inspections and collect data for valuations. Perform market research and analysis to support valuation reports. Prepare and review valuation reports and rating valuations. Interact with clients and internal stakeholders regarding rural and lifestyle properties. About You Current enrolment or recently completed a Bachelor of Business (Property) or equivalent. Genuine interest in rural property. Strong verbal communication and report writing skills.
