Support daily store operations by assisting customer needs. Maintain strong store presentation to achieve high customer satisfaction. Champion customer service and engagement: Be highly visible, engage customers with personalized assistance, and promptly resolve inquiries and complaints. Drive product availability & quality: Continuously replenish products, focusing on essentials and fresh food, and ensure high standards for stock quality, rotation, and presentation. Support smooth operations & standards: Collaborate effectively with the team for daily operations, maintaining store cleanliness and organization. Prioritize safety & compliance: Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
