Overview Play a pivotal role in our high performing talent team. This is a permanent full-time role located in the CBD. Responsibilities Provide high-quality coordination support to the Talent team and assist with projects and business-as-usual needs. Proactively manage dedicated team inboxes, delivering professional and timely responses to internal and external enquiries. Manage and maintain Talent-related data in the HRIS, ensuring records are accurate and up to date. Arrange pre-employment checks for new employees and contractors to meet policy and security requirements. Provide organisation and logistical support for Talent-related events and high-volume processes (e.g., graduate and intern assessment centres and career fairs). Update Talent collateral as required (templates, guidance documents, external material). Contribute to the continuous improvement of Talent processes. About you Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Clear and professional communication with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. 1–2 years’ coordination or administration experience in a people function (e.g., recruitment, learning and development, HRIS). Strong attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset. Knowledge/experience with HRIS/Learning Management Systems (e.g., Workday) is desirable. Sound judgement and the ability to think holistically across a broad range of issues.
