Overview InterContinental Wellington is a central five-star hotel adjacent to Wellington’s waterfront, offering outstanding culinary excellence and a range of 5 Food & Beverage outlets to suit every occasion. Responsibilities Coordinate the day-to-day operations to maximise guest satisfaction, service quality, and profitability. Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints promptly, professionally, and effectively. Lead by example through a visible, hands-on presence. Provide guidance and support to team members. Train, coach, and develop staff to maintain exceptional service standards and operational excellence. Qualifications Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment. 3+ years’ experience in a restaurant, bar or hotel environment. Flexibility to work a range of hours, including evenings, events and public holidays.
