Coordinate workforce planning, scheduling and daily operations. Work closely with clients to provide practical labour solutions throughout the season. While the majority of your work will be based throughout Mid Canterbury and the wider Canterbury region, occasional travel to agricultural regions across New Zealand will be required to support our farming and agri-business clients nationwide. About You We\'re looking for someone who is passionate about agriculture and enjoys working with people. You'll Ideally Bring Experience within agriculture, horticulture, agricultural contracting or a related rural industry. Leadership or team coordination experience. Why Join Mills Recruitment? This is a rare opportunity to join a growing business at the beginning of an exciting new chapter. You'll have the opportunity to help shape a new division, influence how we operate, and build lasting partnerships throughout Canterbury's agricultural sector. You'll also represent Mills Recruitment at agricultural field days, conferences, client functions and industry networking events, helping grow our profile within one of New Zealand's most important industries. In Return, We Offer Competitive salary package. Company vehicle for work use. Phone and laptop. Genuine mix of office, farm and field work. Autonomy and responsibility. Ongoing professional development and mentoring. The opportunity to attend industry events and grow your professional network. Career progression within an expanding New Zealand business.
