Role Description The E-Learning Learning Management System Creative Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Penrose, Auckland. This position is responsible for designing and developing engaging e-learning content that supports safety, traffic management, and civil works training programs. Day-to-day tasks include creating interactive course materials, configuring and maintaining the learning management system (LMS), and ensuring content is user-friendly and aligned with NZQA standards. The role also involves collaborating with subject matter experts, testing and refining learning modules based on feedback, and monitoring course performance and learner engagement. The designer will work closely with project and safety teams to ensure training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and effectively support compliance and best practices. Qualifications Experience in Articulate Storyline Experience in Moodle E-learning Platform Experience in e-learning content design, including the use of authoring tools and multimedia to create interactive training materials. Hands‑on experience managing or administering learning management systems (LMS) and organizing course structures and user access. Strong visual design and layout skills, with the ability to produce clear, accessible, and engaging digital learning experiences. Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical and safety information into effective training content. Solid organizational and project coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple e-learning projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and attention to detail, particularly in reviewing and refining digital course materials. Familiarity with health and safety, traffic management, or civil works environments is an advantage. Relevant qualification in instructional design, educational technology, graphic design, or a related field is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
