Role We are currently looking for a Part Time Retail Associate to join our team in Invercargill for 25+ hours per week. Optical experience would be ideal , but we are a people business and open to someone new to our industry — we provide world-class training to ensure you feel supported and confident providing our customers with an exceptional experience. Responsibilities Guide customers through the process of styling and personalising high-fashion frames. Assist customers with product selection, fit, and brand information for luxury eyewear. Deliver a high-quality, friendly in-store experience and meet or exceed sales and service targets. Maintain knowledge of current brand offerings and promotions. Support store operations and team collaboration to uphold store standards. Qualifications Customer service orientation and a passion for helping people see and look their best. Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge; prior optical experience is a plus but not required. Flexibility to work 25+ hours per week as needed.
