Job Description

Overview An exciting leadership role in the in-patient mental health facility within Argyll and Bute. Succoth Ward is a 16-bed facility located within the Mid Argyll Community Hospital and Integrated Care Centre in Lochgilphead, serving a remote rural area including 23 inhabited islands on the west coast of Scotland. Responsibilities Provide 24-hour responsibility for the continuing care within Succoth Ward. Provide leadership to a team of mental health nurses and health care assistants within the governance framework of the Health and Social Care Partnership, ensuring safe and effective clinical practice and enhancing the patient experience.
