Showroom Sales Consultant – Luxury Fireplaces Are you passionate about design, sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Showroom Sales Consultant to join the Trendz team at their Mt Eden showroom. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work with homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, and trade customers, providing expert advice and guiding clients through the selection of premium fireplace solutions. Taking a consultative approach, you will manage enquiries from initial contact through to sale, building strong relationships and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout. This role offers a great mix of showroom sales, customer service, relationship building, and sales support within a premium, design-led environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice. Manage showroom enquiries and customer follow-up. Prepare quotations and support the sales process. Build strong relationships with homeowners, architects, designers, and trade customers. Conduct showroom consultations, customer meetings, and site visits as required. Maintain accurate CRM records and support the wider sales team. Proactively increase showroom traffic and generate sales opportunities. About You Proven sales experience in luxury retail, building products, landscaping, or a related industry. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Customer-focused, organised, and self-motivated. Professional presentation and attention to detail. Full driver's licence and willingness to travel when required.
