We need a passionate, innovative Talent Acquisition Specialist who builds talent communities, creates exceptional candidate experiences, and proactively engages with top talent before vacancies arise. Role Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse portfolio of roles. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements. Proactively source and engage passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our values and employer brand. Leverage recruitment data and insights to influence hiring decisions and improve outcomes. Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence and attract top talent. Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence activities to identify key talent pools. Ensure a consistent, inclusive, and compliant recruitment process. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues globally, sharing best practices and contributing to strategic projects. Role Requirements Proven experience in end‑to‑end talent acquisition, either in‑house or agency. Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities across diverse talent segments. Experience building talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates. Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication, influencing, and consulting skills. Data‑driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to guide decisions. Experience with recruitment technology platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday Recruiting, or similar systems. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. A passion for candidate experience, diversity hiring, and continuous improvement.
