The Job Due to continued project wins, we are looking to add an experienced Electrical Building Services Lead to our Auckland team. This key role involves owning key clients and delivering electrical design packages across a variety of building projects, working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team. You will be the point of contact for the client and manage projects from concept through to delivery, contributing to technically challenging and high-impact projects. Responsibilities Take ownership of key clients and deliver electrical design packages across a variety of building projects. Manage projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring compliance with NZ standards. Create design documentation, perform calculations, coordinate with other disciplines, and oversee the use of industry-standard tools such as Revit. Serve as the point of contact for clients and multidisciplinary project teams. Qualifications Experience managing client relationships and technical delivery across complex projects. Experience delivering electrical design solutions across lighting, power, and building systems. Strong understanding of NZ standards and project delivery. Experience across sectors such as healthcare, commercial, or institutional projects. Willingness to coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams. Strong communication skills and client-facing capability. Preferred Experience Proven experience in electrical building services design. Healthcare project experience.
