The purchase of media space at a competitive rate. The post‑analysis of campaigns to assess effectiveness. Positive contribution to the team and engagement with the broader agency through active participation in agency initiatives and shared client accounts. The Account Manager helps deliver the day‑to‑day client relationship across their designated client accounts. Responsibilities Develop and implement media plans that align with client objectives. Purchase media space at competitive rates. Analyse campaign performance and report results. Contribute positively to the team and engage with agency initiatives. Manage day‑to‑day client relationships for designated accounts. Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of experience with a solid understanding of media and the NZ media landscape. Sound understanding of media terminology, appropriate use, and media channel application. Understanding of planning and trading processes across multiple media channels. Basic understanding of supply/demand market dynamics, modelling tools and impact on marketplace negotiations. Ability to negotiate win/win outcomes. Confidence in presenting internally and/or to clients. Intermediate use of the Microsoft Office suite, Pegasus, Arianna and TV Map. Ability to question or look further when something doesn’t look quite right based on prior analytical experience. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritising to meet deadlines and timeframes.
