Ride Consultant

Overview Ride Consultant – Auckland at Specialized. You will be on the front line delivering exceptional service and rider satisfaction. Build relationships and drive product awareness and sales. Basic bike maintenance skills to assist riders on the fly. Full-time schedule: Tuesday–Saturday. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and rider satisfaction on the shop floor. Engage with riders to understand needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Drive sales while delivering memorable experiences and building long-term relationships. Assist riders with basic bike maintenance to minimize downtime. Maintain visually appealing product displays and stay informed on product knowledge through training. Qualifications 2–3 years of proven, high-performance retail or sales experience; track record of outstanding sales results and exceeding targets. Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand. Excellent communication and ability to interact effectively with riders and team members. Basic bike maintenance knowledge.
