Overview The Principal Advisor, Partnerships is responsible for leading the facilitation of the Ministry's relationships and collaboration with communities, agencies and stakeholders in the region. They help influence and inform the development and implementation of policy and initiatives that support the Ministry's strategic direction. Responsibilities Facilitate the Ministry's relationships and collaboration with communities, agencies and stakeholders in the region. Work closely with staff across Performance, Finance, Data & Insights, and the CE Office, and with front‑facing staff in regional offices. Deliver projects from day one, managing multiple pieces of work with tight deadlines. Plan and support events and engagement activities, capturing insights and converting raw community feedback into themes that influence commissioning discussions and decision‑making. Prepare memos and reports for senior leaders and providers, ensuring information is clear, accurate and well presented. Qualifications Strong experience working in other Public Sector agencies at a senior advisor or principal level. Comfortable operating across both strategic and delivery contexts; ability to influence, connect across systems and make complex information meaningful for decision‑makers. Strong relationship management skills; collaborate across cross‑functional teams. Project management approach; capable of delivering from day one, managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines. Experience in event management and engagement support; able to capture insights and convert community feedback into actionable themes. Proven professional writing skills; prepare clear and accurate memos and reports. Resilience; ability to juggle priorities and remain calm under pressure.
