We have 2 x newly created Team Lead opportunities! As Team Leader, you'll lead and support your local team, helping create a positive, collaborative environment while keeping everyone aligned with the team's goals and priorities. Alongside your technical or project delivery role, you'll help grow the business by understanding the local market, supporting proposals and business development, making sure the team is well resourced, and working closely with project managers and other leaders to deliver great outcomes. You'll also play an important role in developing your team, supporting their wellbeing, and creating an environment where people can do their best work and continue to grow.
Below is a snapshot of your key responsibilities as Team Lead;
Understand and coordinate the team workload, resourcing and outputs.
Contribute to the development of the team's skills and experience.
Be responsible for team utilisation.
Provide leadership to the team.
Initiate and manage business development opportunities and provide excellent client service.
Build and maintain strong client relationships
The Team Leader position is a function in addition to an employee's substantive technical/project contribution role.
