The Clinical Nurse specialist will assess and manage complex needs of tangata whai ora in our local communities, contributing to case reviews and offering clinical input across the region. Providing expert nursing leadership and developing culturally safe, evidence-based care. You will work collaboratively with clinical teams, GP's, Team Coach's, other NGO's, kaimahi, tangata whai ora and whanau.
You will be a resource to our clinical kaimahi, and will guide and strengthen clinical capability to imporove outcomes.
