Service Technician

Role Overview Palfinger – the world leader in truck‑mounted cranes is seeking a Service Technician to join our supportive team in Wiri, Auckland. The position is full‑time, permanent and will involve servicing and repairing a range of Palfinger products, including cranes, tail lifts and hook loaders. Key Responsibilities Service and repair of Palfinger cranes, tail lifts and hook loaders. Use electronic diagnostic equipment to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues. Maintain detailed records of service activities. Provide customer support and maintain positive relationships. Benefits International training from overseas specialists. Qualifications & Experience Trade Certificate or National Certificate in Automotive Engineering Level4, or 3–5 years of industry experience servicing and repairing heavy machinery. Strong diagnostic skills and experience with electronic diagnostic equipment. Current full driver’s licence. Good customer‑relationship skills and a willingness to help others. Team‑player mindset and a positive attitude.
