About the Job Hellmann NZ is looking for a Senior Customs Broker to join our team in November 2026. Manage end-to-end customs clearance, ensuring NZ Customs and MPI compliance Prepare and sign accurate declarations (classification, valuation, duties) Provide expert advice to customers and internal teams on customs requirements Liaise with border agencies to ensure timely shipment clearance Resolve clearance issues and maintain accurate documentation Support compliance activities and drive continuous improvement About You NZ Customs PIN certified with solid knowledge of NZ regulations 5+ years' experience in customs brokerage or freight forwarding Strong expertise in classification, valuation, and duty optimisation High attention to detail with a compliance-focused mindset Strong communication skills and customer focus Able to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines About our Benefits A strong Team Spirit and a lot of fun together A safe, multi-cultural and inclusive environment Individual opportunities for growth and development Inclusion and social diversity are firmly anchored values in our corporate culture.
