Litigator – Property and Private Client Salary: Competitive – depending on experience (min 1 year PQE) Full Time Monday – Friday The Job Role As an experienced Litigation solicitor, you will be dealing with a wide range of matters such as: Property Disputes: Property matters (including ownership disputes, right of way disputes and boundary disputes, service charge disputes and right to manage claims) Landlord and Tenant disputes (Residential and Commercial) Including possession/eviction proceedings, lease renewal proceedings Probate Disputes: Inheritance claims, Will validity claims Miscellaneous: Debt recovery/repayment, Building Disputes Skills, Experience and Qualifications Qualified litigation solicitor with minimum 1 year PQE Produce high quality work with attention to detail Work autonomously with supervision Excellent communication skills Excellent administrative and organisational skills Able to work in a departmental billing target Additional Benefits Private Medical Insurance Work from Home options Generous Bonus Scheme Application Method Email your CV to [email protected] Contact Phone: 0208 175 6733 Email: [email protected] #J-18808-Ljbffr
