Territory Manager - Wellington & Palmerston North

Overview Work for a global FMCG company with trusted brands. Join our Field Sales team as a Territory Manager based in the wider Wellington & Palmerston North area, driving sales growth and profitability by executing promotional plans and shopper activations. Responsibilities Plan and execute the Bluebird promotional program in key stores: New World, Pak ’n Save, Four Square, Woolworths, Fresh Choice, Kmart, TWL & Gilmours. Build strong relationships at multiple levels within stores in the region. Negotiate displays in store to deliver the quarterly/annual sales budget. Execute NPD and Big‑Bet activation plans in all stores as per monthly commercial priorities. Monthly analyze Dunnhumby data to assess performance, trends, and identify growth opportunities in the region. Qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with field‑sales experience. Commercially astute, analytical individual with FMCG experience. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI & Dunnhumby. Excellent communication skills – oral and written. Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated strengths in presentation, negotiation, and influencing. Proven ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. For you Competitive benefits package.
