Machine Operator - Paving

The team in Auckland is looking for permanent full-time Machine Operators (Paving) to join. Grow and develop in a supportive team. Competitive hourly rate from $28 ph and up to $35 ph for the right candidate. You will be joining the paving crews who are skilled in asphalt and work the majority of the time on construction sites. You'll be operating a range of equipment ranging from rollers, pavers, graders, tractor brooms and trucks. There is also the opportunity to up-skill within this department. This is a full time, permanent role working a minimum of 30 hours per week between Monday and Sunday, inclusive. You will be based in Auckland region. You may also be required to travel or relocate to these other regions if required. What you’ll bring to the role: at least 3 years experience in the industry class 4/5 Driver's licence with WTR endorsement ability to follow instructions, drawing plans, procedures, timelines and schedules be able to pass the health assessment including drug and alcohol screening understanding of occupational health and safety practices, risk management and hazard identification self-driven, motivated to succeed to the highest standards ability to work in a team environment The sucessful applicant may be required to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing along with a health check - you will need to be fit for work! #J-18808-Ljbffr
