Manage a diverse portfolio of work with competing deadlines, ensuring high‑quality outputs are delivered on time and to agreed standards. Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to contribute to key projects, work programmes, and Ministry‑wide initiatives. Build trusted relationships and apply your understanding of the machinery of government to support effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement by contributing to better processes, tools, frameworks, and ways of working, while ensuring all work reflects TeTiritioWaitangi obligations and a commitment to equity. Sound judgement and critical thinking skills, with the ability to develop options and provide high‑quality advice. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences. Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver results in complex environments while managing competing priorities and navigating the machinery of government.
